Command Center Deployment Timelines
The events of September 11 have displayed that threats against our nation have become more sophisticated. Biological, chemical, and nuclear attacks are all in the realm of possibilities. Locally, threats in our schools have increased and the devastation caused by natural disasters this year has been more brutal (ruthless) than ever before.
90+ Days till Event
Our design and implementation team works closely with the hosting group to determine how to best customize and implement the portal for maximum efficiencies. Together we design and customize the system to best serve the needs of the audience and the function.
60+ Days from Event
A highly customized and branded portal is launched either at our data center or on a customer-owned network. End-users are provided access to the portal for pre-event planning and collaboration. Each user is provided a unique user ID and password and all data is passed via SSL Encryption for security. Additional security measures are available as needed.
3-7 Days prior to Event
Our team arrives on-scene and begins to deploy surveillance equipment, networking and prepare the Command Center.

Command Center Activation
Our team works side by side with your team to ensure success. Our efforts are mainly focused around training end-users and customizing views and data to meet the needs of the leadership.

Post Event
The ability to see all data including step by step changes to review the event for future planning and event management.
