ICS Forms

The E•SPONDER Express™ appliance comes configured with FEMA-based ICS 200 series forms. Because they are electronic and automate recurring information, they save both space and time. As a first responder, you know that time is of the essence; and by eliminating the process of keying repeated information and managing data, you can concentrate your team’s efforts on resolving the incident.

During response activities, the ICS forms guidance provided by E•SPONDER Express™ ensures that the appropriate forms are correctly filled out for each shift. Just like other E•SPONDER Express™ features, these forms are accessed and filled out through a web browser. The solution is designed for use in environments with unknown bandwidth, and can even be reached through a wireless or satellite connection, or brought on-scene via a mobile command unit. Its availability in almost any situation allows responders to fill out required forms while on the scene, and new information is instantly updated in the incident site. The forms are also adjustable to accommodate each agency, since implementations of the ICS structure may vary.
