Prefabricated Incident Sites

E•SPONDER Express™ comes equipped with an all-hazards incident template that can easily be configured for specific types of incidents, such as fires, floods, hurricanes, and other disasters. Each event is managed within its own incident site, which contains the forms to document, manage, and report on activities during all stages of the event and can be accessed via a web browser. These incident sites, which fall within the guidelines of NIMS supporting technologies, enable users to:

Load a prefabricated incident plan, or create one on-demand, to include:
- Tasks lists
- Personnel assignments
- Resources
Link documents and references
Track resources
Complete the required ICS forms to create Incident Action Plans per operational period
Report on data in accordance with ICS guidelines
Load templates with a wealth of information, such as:

These incident site features can be accessed within your organization’s IT infrastructure or remotely via the Internet through desktops, laptops, and kiosks, and can be partially accessed with PDAs and mobile devices.
