Form Automation
The Form Automation module creates a process that allows standard forms to be submitted online. The data collected from the forms is stored in a database, allowing the same information to be viewed and extracted in different ways. For example, submitted data can be viewed as a form, task list, or whatever format you desire.
We have replicated paper Incident Command Systems (ICS) forms used by law enforcement, which itemize tasks that needed to be completed during the process of an event. For example, for the 2004 Presidential debate, all of the police functions that needed to be completed before the Presidential motorcade left the hotel (clear path for motorcade, close streets) were compiled and pre-populated into E•SPONDER. On the day of the debate, the forms module retrieved the tasks submitted in the task forms and automatically created preplanned event task lists for the commanders.
