This gives the portal a very user friendly environment that has the same look and feel of the user's Microsoft Office Suite applications. There are many benefits of using E·SPONDER as your agency or group collaboration environment. As you use E·SPONDER on a daily basis, you begin to populate E·SPONDER with much of the information that could be useful in a crisis situation (contact information, staff certifications, task lists). If and when an event occurs, users are fully trained and comfortable with the system. |
