Virtual EOC Timeline
When an upcoming event requires multi-agency planning, collaboration, and execution, we meet with you to understand and fulfill your needs. The on-demand Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is then customized and branded to meet the needs of the event and agencies involved. The ideal timeline is to begin working with your organization 90 days in advance, so the solution can be used in the planning processes.
Nationally and locally, incidents in our communities have increased in number and severity; from school incidents to natural disasters to terrorist attacks. In all instances, E•SPONDER provides task lists, automated ICS task forms, the E•SPONDER Alerts notification component, and many additional customizable features. For the planned or unplanned, E•SPONDER is a scalable management solution for events and incidents of all sizes. While it is ideal to begin the E•SPONDER setup and customization 90 or more days in advance, as situations arise more quickly, we can install in as little time as a few hours before the event, or immediately following an unplanned incident.
90+ Days Before Event
Our design and implementation team works closely with the hosting group to determine how to best customize and implement the portal for maximum efficiencies. Together we design and customize the system to best serve the needs of the client and the function.
60+ Days Before Event
A highly customized and branded portal is launched either at our data center or on a client-owned network. End-users are provided access to the portal for pre-event planning and collaboration. Each user is provided a unique user ID and password and all data is passed through SSL Encryption for security. Additional security measures are available as needed.
3-7 Days Before Event
Our team arrives on-scene and begins deploying surveillance equipment, networking and preparing the Command Center.
Command Center Activation
We work side by side with your team to ensure success, focusing our efforts primarily on training end-users and customizing views and data to meet the needs of the leadership.
Post Event
Clients have the ability to see all data, including step-by-step changes, captured during the event for after-action review, as well as for future planning and event management.
